PJANARDHANA REDDY (ADVOCATE & DIRECTOR)     15 August 2010

IF YOU PROVE PRESUMPTION AS REBUTAL WITH SUPPORT OF EVIDENCES  THERE U SUCCEED IN 138 IS NOT ATTRACTED , AND MONEY LAUNDERING ACT (AML) SAYS TO ADHERE SO MANY LICENSES AND DOCUMENTATION WITH FAIR BANKING AND CHQ/D.D TRANSACTION--WHICH NO LENDER HAS.

HENCE PLS IGNORE ANY DIRECT CITATION REQUIREMENT, EVERY CASE HAS TO DEAL WITH FACTS AND LAW TO SUCCEED.

However your opinion is right the citations can fit in every situation.

See you early during next vist to your city.
