membership issue

our society is not accepting us as the member of the society saying that our shops which we have purchased from the builder in yr 2000 is illegal even after giving them all official legal papers such as -approved b.m.c plan, cc copy in which it is clearly mentiond to carry out the work for shops as per aproved plan.

i have registerd case in dputy registrar of our ward & issued legal notice to the society but they are not repling the issue in registrars office & traying to take time from last 4 months.i think that registrar is working  under some pressurer from some members of the society please show some way .

Dear Vinod,

You can file a "Writ Petition" before your State High Court by making 'Registrar of Societies' and the concerned 'Society' as party, seeking favourable directions as prayed before the registrar.  Contact an High Court advocate of your state with related documents.
