Metes and bounds are not defined of inherited land.

I am a widow. In have inherited ancestral land from my husband after his death. The metes and bounds are not defined of land orally partitioned among 4 heirs 12 years back. I have some of land in my possession. What legal action i can take to legally define metes and bounds?

Hello,

You can file suit for partition in court so that you can get physical possession defining metes and bouds of property. And you can get separate property papers of your property.
