Midc conveyance deed

Hi, I have recently bought a flat in a housing society which is 10 years old and yet to complete conveyance deed with the MIDC. My socity is now going ahead to do conveyance deed with MIDC for 1st owners only and they conveyed they will do for 2nd and 3rd owners subsequently..

My doubt is, can the conveyance deed with MIDC be done for all owners at the same time?. Why it is splitted for 1st and 2nd/ 3rd owners. if we split it, then the applicable charges may differ?. Can anyone guide me on this? What is actual MIDC rule for 2nd/3rd owners while executing conveyance deed, can they be included?

Thank you.

Hello,

Society is rightly executing the conveyance deed. The conveyance deed will be with the 1st owner and later on with 2nd and 3rd owners will come. You cannot avoid the charges.
