Mobile store not canceled my product after complain

Hi Expert,

I had ordered 1 mobile from mobilestore online on september 10, 2013. i was not getting any update on that so i called to mobilestore customer care and came to know that the product is out of stock. Since i was going to out of station so i requested to cancel my order request and they had given the complain number and said that after 10 days the money will return to my account. After some days i got a mail that you product is dispatched and same time i called to customer care and they assured that you money will return back to your account it is under process. Till now my money has not come to my account so i want to file a consumer case.

Please suggest me what to do?

you need to serve a legal notice to the mobile store. if they fails to take the cognizance of the same, then you may file a consumer complaint against the company for recovery of your outstanding amount and compensation. Regards, Advocate Rohit Dalmia 9324538481 mumbai
