Mofa act, 1963

As per Sec. 1(4) of MOFA Act, 1963, "This act shall remain in force upto and inclusive of the 31st day of March 2000 and shall then expire."

Is this Act applicable to the buildings or constructions constructed after 2000 A.D.? If yes please mention the provision.

(4) This Act shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 31st day of March 21995 and

shall then expire.

(5) Section 7 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904, shall apply upon the expiry of

this Act, as if it had then been repealed by a Maharashtra Act.
