Hi
I have lended money about a year back with an agreement for 8 months, the agreement was made on behalf of his property with consultation of a lawyer.
Please let me know what should i do or what is the why i can proceed with if he doesnot pay back me the money?

You have not mentioned the amount you have lent.From which sources have you given that amount.O.K,property is given as security,you have mentioned that the transaction took place after consulting a lawyer.What is his opinion now?

Sorry the amount is (INR 3,65 lacks).
I have not conulsted lawyer now , am not in India currently . I want to now what legal actions can be taken against him.
