Sir, my mother name is guna sundari but in my birth certificate is in sundari. My parent don't have awareness of this certificate. I have noticed that at the time of passport application process. She has correct name in all proof like voter id, ration card, but in my birth certificate her name was wrongly mentioned. Sir, What is the procedure to correct her in my birth certificate?
