Who will get right to mother's ancestral property? Will the children (1 daughter & 2 sons) have a right to property as she is passed away? Or will the husband (that is the dad of the above 3 children) get the right to property?

The property is in the name of 1 sister & 1 brother (Brother has passed away)
The mother has 4 other siblings (1 brother & 3 sisters) - Total 5
The property is based in Mangalore.

If the property of the lady is self acquired, no one has any right in that property til she is alive.
