An application was made by our senior family members for mutation of property in south extension, Delhi in the month of May 10. we were asked to sign some documents as we are also legal heirs to the property for the purpose of mutation.
since then we have not been told anything about the status of application made. i want to know:
1. how much time does it take for the process of mutation to be complete
2. is at any point of time, the legal heirs are called at the office of Mutation for signing of papers in presence of Govt. officials.
