I am from BARODA. I am planning to buy a land that is in front of my house in Baroda but the problem is this land is without NA. There are many houses surrounding this land has been build in the same type of land. I am not sure, does NA required for this land (This land is inside the residential area in the city but it came under village) I don't have any information about the process to convert without NA land to the NA land. It would be relay a great help if you could provide me some information.
1. Process to convert without NA land to NA
2. What will be the expenses for conversion - Land is in BARODA City.. Surrounding land value is 1500/Sq feet
3. Is there any risk to buy this land (without NA) on this high price (1200/Sq feet)
