My Bombay house agreement done in 1983 has d name as Yvette Crasto n my ID proof documents like Aadhaar card passport n pan card have d name as Maria ever Crasto. Can you please advice me on how I can correct the name, so that me or my family do not face any problems when selling the flat.
Also the flat no mentioned in the agreement is wrong I have got a letter from the society with the correct flat number.
please advice.
