Is it necessary to print the petition and all annexures in legal paper and get them notarized before submitting on the e-filing portal?
Nothing as such is mentioned in the checklist , hence the query.

Users need to submit two hard copy of the petition/application at NCLT counters. Also, users who have selected offline mode of payment need to submit the demand draft at NCLT counter.
