need advice in the implementation of verdict of payparity ca

we won a payparity case in high court of delhi september last. The case was ab appeal against CAT decision granting payparity to the applicants from the date of joining with all consequential benefits. The Government went for a SLP in SC and susequently the petition has been dismissed. It has been 7 months since the honorable Delhi high court gave its verdict dismissing governments appeal against CAT.Please guide what steps be taken by applicants to get the payparity be implemented.

is there any chance of filing some sort of appeal after dismissal of an SLP?

Is there any time frame for doing so(filing review petion etc)?

whether contempt of court petetion can be filed in Delhi High court against government of India now?

The verdict of the apex court is itself is a settled rule.It has been 7 months the apex court uphold the HC judjement.U give the afresh representation to the authorities concerned complying the copies of judgements and again file a fresh OA in CAT with prayer to decide ur representation.and another remeady is to file contempt petition in SC.Contempt petition is very crucial in this stage because in contempt petition all the concerned authorities are the respondents by name.By doing so u will get the immediate n retrospective benifits.
