need help - divorce

 I am an govt officer and married three years ago. My wife behaves as if she is suffering from mental paranoid disorder. We have a baby (1 years old). My wife is a govt servant. Now, she wants divorce. I don't want it. I had told her several times  that what ever she wants will be agreed upon. But, she keeps on insisting for divorce and had also hired a lawyer for the same. She also asked for the money to be paid to her every month, for which I had handed over my salary ATM (30,000/-pm) to her. I don't want the divorce.Is there any solution ?

A man should marry a woman, IF he is of the womans choice.

THEN the family is preserved.

The moment man marries a woman, IF he is NOT of the womans choice.

THEN the family is doomed.

The above means that IF a woman does not want to stay with her husband ...

THEN the man does not have a choice.

INTROSPECT the above reality of life and decide.

Rajender ji, u dont require to pay anything and this willnot solve ur problem. u have to take strong steps to stop and save ur married life. So first u can check her to some physcatrist and if she is not living with u then u can file a case u/s 9 to compell her to come back to you. Only after that u can demand anything else giving money as much as she demand is not a solution.
