We belongs to Islamic community. We are 3 kids to my parents. Very recently my father passed away. All our properties are registered on my mother and fathers names. My mother got all the rights on all our assets now (now my father is not there) . Actually my younger brother and myself contributed more to our assets. My elder brother not contriubted even one rupee to our assets. Because of this reason my mothers wants write a will in such a way that my younger brother and my self will get majority of our assets . Can she write a will like that? or my brother also has equal right on our property, even after writing a will ?
