Nepali citizen applying for indian passport

Respected Sir/madam,

I am from Nepal and I am residing in Bangalore( india) since 2009 till now. I am working in Bangalore.Now the company where I am working is asking for passport. Can I get the indian passport from bangalore as I cannot apply for nepali passport from Bangalore. Another problem is I dont have time to go to Nepal as Cmpany would not give me a leave to go Nepal..Suggest some suggestions what should I do to make passport? Passport is Urgent.

I have the following documents: PAN card, bank detailed statements,Employment letter,Birth certificate letter of nepal(where I was born) ,Employee Id Card, Permanent address proof letter( of Nepal) issued by the company

First of all Sorry I'm not a lawyer and don't have right to comment on your query. But as per my knowledge only Indian citizens by birth or any other means can apply for an Indian password. In your case you are born in Nepal so I don't think that you can apply for an Indian passport. Experts awaiting your replies. Thanks.
