Nominee

One of the divorced  hindu female employee is dead and we are of the knowledge that her father and mother are her nominees. As per nomination50% of the settlement is to be made to her father and 50% to her mother. her father is dead before her death. the nomination remains unchanged. To whom is her father's 50% of the share(settlement from employer) to be given? please reply. thanks in advance.
