I HAVE DAMAGED Rs 5000/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper as my printer was paper blocked while in printing and accordingly the Said stamp paper was damaged and it cant be used in future too.
so kindly tell me how i will get the refund of it, tell me the exact proccdings in this regard.
