Non payment from reputed consumer electronic mnc company

sir,

I  had run   service franchisees  for reputed brand at chennai due some misunderstanding arises between  service manager  and myself we closed that business witin a month period  at time of closing business   company has give the Amount Rs 2lakes.  i am not received any fund from company When ever asked they said the amount will credited  end month so far  5 month is over  they same answer get from service manager. Because this business i loosed about Rs 5lakes
