I DO NOT OWN ANY LAND NOR ANY OF MY RELATIVE. EARLIER MY GRANDFATHER HAD A PIECE OF LAND BUT IT WAS SOLD TO ALIBAUG S.T. STAND AND ANOTHER WAS SOLD TO ONE PERSON IN NEAR BY VILLAGE. WE HAVE 7/12 OF THAT. BUT CURRENTLY NOBODY OF US HAS A LAND. NOW I WANT TO PURCHASE A LAND BUT I AM NOT A FARMER, PLEASE PROVIDE ME A LEGAL REMEDY SO THAT I CAN LEGALY PURCHASE AGRICULTURAL LAND.

Your grand father had an agrl., land so you are from agrl., family. You can purchase the agrl., land. for that you take property extract and mutatiton entry copy.

respected raju sir,
One lawyer told me that if you do not have agricultural land right now that 7/12, then you cant buy the land even though your grandfather might have land in past. please clarify the law on point.
