not been able to live together

dear sir ,

           in s 13 BHindu marriage Act 1955 the requirement that ,they have not been able to live together.does it mean and indicate that a broken down marriage  and it would not be possible to reconcile themselves?

The words in Section 13B " have not been able to live together" indicate the concept of broken marriage and impossibility of reconciliation between them. The term "have been living seperately" has to be read in conjunction with "not having been able to live together.
