Notary rules

Hi All, 

I registered in Ambala(Haryana) Court in 2006 before marriage, but after marriage i shifted to Ghaziabad and i am practising from last 7 years as in Notary for Women 7 years practice is required.

So i want advise from you how can i apply for Notary and where i can apply. 

I done LLM also, Kindly help me to advise rules and regulations and how we can apply for Notary and where we have to submit forms and all in Ghaziabad.
