a notice was issued for non appearance of accused in sec 138 of NI act, a report was submitted by police that the sureity was left the residence and reside some other area, can i again press for issuance of notice to sureity at work address he is working in municipal corpration, Mumbai

just pray to court to affix the notice at his residence or property which is disclosed by him, while being surity. Then apply for 446 Cr.P.C.
