Dear sir,
I have been working with a comp. at Bhiwadi for last approx. 16 months. For last fewdays they started pressurizing me to put my resignation for no specific reasons. Yesterday they forced to put my resignation and I had to as left with no choice. I mentioned in my resignation that I am willing to serve my 3 months notice period without any hitch.
On it they responded and accepted my resignation and stated me that it is your last working day as your willingness to serve your 3 months notice period has not been accepted by the management.
They also confirmed that I would be paid 3 months basic salary only during 3 months notice period rather getting full normal salary.
Now I have been left with no other option for job and my salary also would be only as basic salary for next 3 months.
Need your expert advise pls., is it ok what they have done with my employment ?
As an employee what are my rights as I feel I have not been given my rights /entitlements rightly.
