I applied in High court for AB after FIR of 498a before 2 yrs.Stil AB is pending in High court and grant to me intrim stay on arrest upto decession. Now after 2 yrs IO has submitted chargesheet in court.
Q 1. - Shall I withdraw my AB from High court and Apply for Regular bail in lower court ?
Q 2. If I apply in lower court , Can court denie my bail ?
Q3. If I withdraw from highcourt police can arrest to me ?

What are the options avilable for me as per LAW ?
