Nri : hc issued a temperory suspension on nbw for 498a

Hello Experts . I am an NRI and this is regarding on going trial for 498A .

As the lower court issued NBW illegally without sending a notice to me . My lawyer tried appllying for cancellation on NBW so that i can travel to india and defend the case . But lower court judge dismissed the appeal . Later on my lawyer appealed in HC and got the temperory suspension order agains the NBW issued on my . I am awating for the certified copy of it .

I have decided to go back to india to fight my case . I need you expert advice on what are the precautions or steps i need to take . Will there be any complecations ?? kindly advice .

Just two important things, firstly safeguard your passport being confiscated by police or trial court and secondly get permission for traveling out of the country for the sake of work and exemption form personal appearance in the court proceedings in future. Ask your local lawyer to mind these two important issues otherwise you loose not only job but even freedom to move out of the country. If you're local lawyer not competent to look into these two issues then kick him out of the case and get some experienced lawyer.
