A friend of mine is an NRI (male) married to a Malaysian citizen. The marriage was solemenized in Malaysia. After two and half years, the Malaysian citizen has deserted him. He was shattered due to breakdown of the marriage and subsequently returned to India. He wants to file a divorce in India and have the court proceedings in India. Could you please advice on how to proceed?
