Other legal heirs not agreeing to Consent Terms!

Due to ulterior motives to knockdown money other legal heirs are neither complied with the Consent Terms nor moving ahead with LOA granted by the court. It amounts to black mailing.

Is it criminal or civil matter? TIA

If the consent terms are part of the compromise judgement then you can file an execution petition to execute the judgment pronounced  on that basis.

Alternately you can file a petition to cancel the compromise judgment because the the parties are not cooperating or willing to omply with the terms.

No criminal action is maintainable.

Even if there's evidence of 1) extortion in form unregistered MoU of forced demand of extra money. Besides not allowing to sale two flats valued at 5Crores 2) Involvement in criminal case of house breaking 3) Fraudulent change of deceased father's address by forging his signature to grab shares worth 1crores+.
