Other's property or private property in sale deed boundaries

Sir/Madam,

I am confused over mentioning boundaries for plot. East side of house belongs to other owner which is a different layout in the same survey number (2 layouts in same survey number). Trying to find out the actual owner of the east side house, but they are not providing details. Can we mention in boundary as other's property or Private property on east side, as it is no where associated with our layout or owner. Please suggest if something else can be mentioned as unable to find details of east side property as they have put compound wall and it also falls under same survey number.

You are required to mention all four sides of the proposed property specifying which is on to the north, south, west and east. There is nothing wrong in mentioning the word, "other's property". You may (not compulsory) give survery numbers of these properties, it is optional.

Seek the help from a professional draftsman for draftng the sale deed in a proper legal manner.

Thanks, I consulted a professional and he suggested me to mention as a private property.
