Outstanding Payments......

Hi,

A family member uses services like telephone, creditcards, mobiles etc he is not married.  Now on his death who has to pay the outstanding bills for the services he used like telephone, creditcards, mobiles etc.,  Is there a binding clause for the same.

Thanks,

Shekar

Either the nominee or the legal heirs of the deceased unmarried person

Is there a binding clause or a rule somewhere to stress on that it has to be paid by the legal heirs or the nominee.

Thanks,

Shekar
