7 Months back, I got rental house by a broker 3BHK and owner is Aryivedic doctor
Owner son is mentally disabled and every week once,he come and disturb tenants at first floor and ground floor. All the street people know his behaviour.
I alredy inform to owner about his behaviour even though Owner supporting His mentally disabled son only...
I Didn;t tolerate and can;t adjust , My owner ask us to vacate without showing any reason.
We are ready to vacate , but i want to bring couple of clarifications.
We suppose to leave by this month ending. He ask us to leave December 2011 Last week.
We paid Deposit as 1Lac. So we inform to broker to inform owner to deduct December and January 2012

Sir, I need your Guidance that No Last Minute Surprise by these owners games
How do i proceed. I want to inform about deduction of rent but owner are not ready to talk with us.
Every month 5th we pay cheque as rent. but this month 5th we didn;t given cheque due to we ask to deduct.
What shall i do Now?
