ownership dispute

I am a resident of Delhi and a hindu by religion.
I had constructed a house in 1970 registered in my name(first name in registry) and my younger brother's name (second name in registry).
He lived at the ground floor and I live on the first floor.
All the expenses and construction on house were done using my hard earned money as my brother was studying at that time.
I have clearance receipt from Income Tax department and bank statements proving that I paid for the land deal and construction.
My younger brother died in 2000. Now, his wife and son says that they are also owners of the house.
When I asked for registry, they say it is lost.
1. Is there any way of getting my property completely in my name?
2. What can I do to get my house registry from them?
3. How long will this matter take in court to get resolved if there is any way out?
