I have been staying with my father in a Pagdi system in Mumbai for last 36 years. My father is 68 and was born in same pagdi flat. His dad (My Grand Father) on whose name the flat is died at my dad's early age. Our building Landlord was changed recently and is accepting our rent no issues with that but not ok to transfer the flat on my dad's name. Electricity, Telephone are on my Dad's Name. Curious questions are ,
1. Can he ask us to go as the Flat is on my Grand Father's Name
2. Building is in bad shape so if it falls down what are our rights?
3. What happens after My dad's death.
