a property  ie land appears inthe books of the firm in which A, B And C are partners, A is and HUF.. Huf consists of a the father and two sons B and C, and female members, in case of family partition will there be a requirement of registry in the name of the share holders,. will there be any capital gains on the transfer of land in the hands of the firm as the firm will dissolve and the assets will be distributed in the hands of the partners.

I am a  senior citizen and my mother passed away when I and my only younger brother were minor. When I was so young  my mother's sisters (no brothers)shared  my grandfather's(mothers father) property in 1949 without giving any share to me, and one of them convinced me that I will give all my share to both of u only as I am issueless. But she too gave her full share to my younger brother only. Now no one of my mothers sisters alive. Now I am financially suffering by such this kind of wrong partition and want to know whether can I do anything legally as my brother also refuse to give any share.Kindly reply
