Dear experts ,
My grand father had second wife ( my fathers step mother) she had a girl from her ex husband . af ter death of my grand father and grand mother (my fathers step mother) her daughter sue a claim in SDM court for partition of the our ancestoral property ( some acres of land).whereas as at present time property is in my fathers name. it was transfred on my fathers name 14 years before my grand father died. she also challanged the tahsildar for transfering without her permission. Now pls give me the right advice what should i do.
As i dont have any papers for proving this that she is not my grandfathers doughters, as she is 70 years old.
I have only some person who witness this that she was not our grand fathers doughter.
pls give me right advice thanks
as i am muslim so pls keep in mind muslim laws.
