Patta for waste land. . .

Hello,

We have 1acre waste land in chengulput district,tamilnadu. Family is hindu family. BHEEM notice was in the my great grandfather name. He had four children (2 son's and 2 daughters'). All were expired. My great grand father elder son had  2 son's and 2 daughers and My great grand father younger son had 1 son only.  My grand father and my grand father brother also no more. My grand father had 2 sons ( elder son expired already). Now my grandfather younger son and my grandfather brother's son applying for PATTA. Now my question is if he apply for patta, whose name will apear in the patta. coz my father expired already. please clarify.

My grandfather's elder son(myfather expired) had 4 children. Are these 4 children eligible to include their name in patta. bcoz it is ancestral property.

hello sir,

                 my collegue is very poor pereson,he is cultivating government waste land more than 15 years,he has also paid the bemo for this years,till now he was struggling to get patta for that land,is there is any possibility to get patta for that land ,he is veryn poor and belongs to a backward class,please send ur suggestions and ideas,it may help an poor man,
