I am ex-servicemen I have put in 17 years service in Army and prematurely discharge on 30th June 2008 my last basic pay is 9760 grade pay 2800 Group X Pay 1400 Class Pay 120 and Military Pay 2000 Total of Rs 16080 Per month my Basic Pension is Rs 8040. Now I am re-employed in ESIC as LDC in Pay Band II 5200-20200 grade pay 1900 my initial Basic Pay fixed at 5830 with grade pay 1900 per month I applied for re-fixation but department refuse and told that my basic is fixed as per new recruits in lower garde. Kindly give me advice and also give me formula of pay fixation.
