Bidyanagar T.E. is a corporation tea estate of Assam Govt. due to ignorancy of the govt the estate is deteriorating since long. As a result out siders have encroached land and deed have been executed in the Sub-Register offices, which is totally beyond law, becoz tea garden land is not transferable in any form. But Registrar illegally executed sala deed/agreement deed. On the other hand after two times order for demarcation of Garden land have been obtained but yet no demarcation has been impleted. As such i am intending to file a PLI in the Hon'ble Guwahati High Court. As such i need help and guidence about PLI
