I am working as a Pharmacist in an autonomous institution of Government of India. I am in pay scale of 5200-20200 with grade pay of rs.1900. As per 6th pay commisiion recommondationas and a fast track committee formed by Ministry of finance, recommonded a scale change and promotion upgradations in the GO with reference no. F. No.1/1/2008-IC.
These orders have been implemented in almost all the central government organizations. But, in our case it is not yet implemented. Moreover, according to 6pc our grade pay should be 2800rs, but that is also not changed.
We gave representation many times, but it's of no use. What can be done in this case. Please help
