Sir/Mam, please help me. If husband is having relationship with an unmarried women can the husband be punished and how? The husband and wife are not divorsed. They are under the cases 498A, 125, Domestic violence, Plese sujest. They are not staying to-gether.

If the 498a, 125 and DV are going on, then this marriage is over.
It may not be legally over but this marriage no longer exist.
Also, the couple are not staying together and hence the husband found another girl.
So, the husband cannot be punished as he is already been punished with 498a, 125 and DV act.
But if the wife wants to crush him further, she can get evidences of physical relationship with unmarried woman and file a case of adultery also.

He has already been punished with the cases you have filed . The only case pending is for either of you to file for Divorce. After this there is nothing pending from your end .
If the girl with whom he is into a relationship at present , only she can punish him further by filing a case of rape against him as and when their relationship turns sour .
