| can you please help me? am living in my matrimonial home..mera dv act case chalra hai court mein jismein mujhe order mil gaya hai ki mere inlaws mujhe evict nahi kar sakte because uske liye civil suit file karna padega.iss order pe mere inlaws ne sessions court mein appeal kardi ki mera pati mujhe rent accomodation provide karne ko ready hai and inlaws chahte hain ki main sasural ka ghar vacate kardun..abhi case pending hai.. meri presently ek tension hai.. last week mere saas-sasur k sath argue ho gaya bahut zyada.. meri saas baar-baar mujhe mere sasural se nikalne ki baatein bolri thi toh maine unki voice recording karli aur police bulali..next ady meri saas early morning hospitalise ho gayi..woh faint kar gayi and unko fracture ho gaya so woh 10 days hospital mein hee rahi.. so ab mere inlaws ne planning ki hai ki woh court mein saara balme merepe laga denge ki main harass karti hun.police bulake torture dia,and ki meri saas ki health ko meri wajah se damage pahauncha hai.. jabki yeh haadsa tha.. 1.kya judge mujhe evict kar degi? 2. agar meri saas faint kar gayi tension mein ad fracture ho gaya toh kya iska blame court mujhe degi? 3. fight start honey se pehle main kafi frustrated thi toh maine sasural k andar k doors bang kar diye and iski cctv footage mere inlaws k paas hai bcz sasural k anda cameras lagey huye hain,maine gusse mein kia but kisiko hurt nahi kia.. toh iski police complaint meri devrani ne kardi yeh bolke ki doors bang karne pe uski beti ki neend disturb ho rahi thi..jispe police merese investigation karne bhi aa gayi..toh ispe judge kya karegi mere against? 4.maine jo police complaint ki hai kya uspe bhi police ko action lena padega?? plaese advice |
5. also mera pati ek rent ke ghar mein rehta hai and usney divorce bhi file kiya hua hai.. aur mera sasural ka ghar ek ancestral property hai..mere sasur k paas ownership nahi hai.. toh kya main court se rquest kar sakti hun ki agar itni problems hains abko merese toh main mere sasural k 1st floor pe shift kar jati hun..filhaal wahan tenants rehte hain..
