Dear learned members,
I am suffering abuse at the hands of my husband. he has his own house which he has given on rent. but still keeps me in a rented place where there is no proper sanitation, no water purifier, toilet flush does not work, no electrical points working, etc.
He used to shouts on me if i go out even for 10 minutes in park. he forces me to remain inside room.
from last 6 months he is staying with his 2 times divorcee sister and ignoring me and my child.
now from last 3 months he has stopped coming home, stopped paying rent, and school fees of my child.
he has not paid a single penny for ration, food and clothes.
landowner is threatening me to move out.
he behaves like a dictator and plays tactics to make me starve and bow down before him as a slave.
all efforts for reconciliation are failed.
Now i have come to know that it is his 3rd marriage with me. his 1st wife ran away and 2nd died.
when i ask for ration and school fees he says he is unemployed.
he is a post graduate earlier employed getting huge salary.
now he wants to torture me so that i run away and he can remarry someone new.
please guide
1. how to get residence rights?
2. how to force him to pay childs school fees.
3. how to get maintainence for child and myself
will legal system support me ? i have nowhere to go.
pls help me. i am depressed.
because of deeds such kind of people innocent men are also sufferring..
