As I am new to this Lawyersclubindia at first I would like to say "Hi to every one".
Now I have two query's regarding property under DRT.
In Detail:
Query No.1
I am in search of a plot to purchase and last week I found one plot which near to my residence.
When I enquired , I found that the perticular survery no is in DRT list. But as per the plot owner there is no such DRT on the survery and he also told that the layout belongs to them and the land is from his forefathers.
Query No.2
The said plot is currently owned by a lady (name sandhya) and she got this from her grandmother(mother of her father) when she was 22 years (now she is married).
Her grand mother got this plot as a GIFT from her husband. Her grand mother have 4 sons and she is the daughter of 2nd son of her grandmother.
All the GIFT deeds were executed toward Love and effection.
Now my query is whether sandhya complete rights to sell the property.
Please guide me what should I need to do, I am very much interested to purchase the said plot.
