Police verification for bank job

I got selected as bank po recently and there will be police verification for this , but recently during lockdown police seized my vehicle and filed an fir under section 188 ipc for lockdown violation . I don't know what to do now , iam very depressed that I lose my job , kindly help

1. The violation mentioned by you is insignificant and is not taken on Criminal Record & Registers of Police. Hence during police verification, the same would not reflect adversely in Police Verification Report.

Thank you so much ..1 more query sir there is a point like " is there any civil or criminal case pending against you ? " Can I say no in the form regarding this fir ?

1. Filing of FIR does not mean that the Police has filed Charge Sheet and a Criminal Case no. is generated by Court. Hence conclusively there is no criminal case pending against you, that you need to mention in the said Form.
