I concur with the views expressed by Mr. Kumar Doab. A pending criminal case or investigation need not necessarily be an impediment in getting a Government job. If denied employment solely on this ground doors for seeking judicial review are open.

He may go to court and get appointed if order is in his favour.

 

He cannot  expect any govt officer to study and interpret such decision of the court and issue appointment letter.

The approach of establishment and officer in chair does matter.

The querist, applicant, readers must not leave opportunity of employment due to approach of establishment and officer in chair...

Hi, I got job in X psu in 2017 and right now I'm in probatation period. My X psu hr sent my police verification to my home town police station. But the problem is Y psu conducted exam in 2016 and I was debarred from that exams due to my negligence and in June 2017 I got a letter from Y psu that i was debarred for 3 year for not to apply for Y psu exams. No case was filed in Police station as of now and no other letter I got from Y psu. Now this incident will effect my X psu police verification

The Y has debarred for 3years for Y and not for X as per your post.

It is believed that police is not informed on it by Y.

It is upto X to decide on such matters, if by any chance, mater is brought in knowledge of X.

If X acts on matter pertaining to debarring by Y (for reasons and actions taken) then you need to counter it on merits.

You have not clarified anything on Forms/questionnaire by X.

Did it have any column on debarring by any establishment/Institution?

If yes, did you post truthfully or concealed?

police keeps criminal recor donly.  not exam barred record.

If police was deployed and or called for reasons that are not posted in clear terms by the querist then PS may have a record.
