I ahve lived my marriage life for almost 4 yrs and in the last year decided to break up with my wife and somehow i managed to send her back to her parent's place.
For the reason of being away from her , me and my parents decided to shift to other place and we moved from our own house to a rented house without informing her.
Now she has taken the possession of the house breaking the locks and she is rejecting to vacate the house. She is ready to live with me but i am not interested. can somebody tell me how do i take the posession of my own house?
