What are the chances, that after 498A husband and wife can live together, after such incident how they can trust each other. If Girl plans to send his husband and his in laws in jail with the misuse of the law,,, How she can be teusted in society further,, in her later marriage...Most of the time these kind of steps are taken by the girls those are already earning and wan to make money by this short cut..

Chances are very few.After sending the husband & his family member behind bar,Noobody wants to co habite with her.Husband who surrendered b4 wife & ready to co habite with her bcoz of to avoid future legal problem aginst his family member.

If the case filed by the wife is false, then there is no chances to be stayed with her after onward, as because they prime thing in married life is "trust" which must be broken after filing false 498a case.
If the case filed by the wife is true fact, then autometically she will file divorce case parallely as to get rid of her crual hubby. No woman wants to stay with a crual, violent husband for ever.
And the 498a case filing is the simtoms that it is beyond the wife's compromise limit in real case.
