NO THE POWER OF ATTERNY CANNOT BE IN FORCE, ALL LEGAL HEIRS OF DESEASED MUST COME IN PLACE, AGAIN A FRESH AMENDMENT GPA HAS TO BE REGISTERED,THIS IS THE PROCEDURE FOLLOWED IN AP.
