Preventive measures in anticipation of absconding by accused?
The complainant is in the process of filing Ch Retn case under Section 138NIA. The cases are against businessman who was in the rented premises and has no permanent residence in the State and is likely to escape/go underground/abscond to avoid the 138 summons/warrants etc which see the light only after months of filing the case.
